About the Job:
Yalecrest Partners is a private investment firm focused on providing flexible credit and equity capital solutions to companies in the public and private markets.
This position will be primarily involved with originating, evaluating, underwriting, and managing opportunistic credit and equity investments. This includes articulating our value add as a capital provider to C-Level executives of both private and public companies to create long standing relationships.
Roles:
- Network with executives, advisors, investment bankers and others to generate proprietary deal flow for identifying debt and equity opportunities.
- Organize analysis and present investment ideas to investment committee.
- Assist in evaluating public and private corporate debt and equity investments.
- Partner with deal teams on diligence, underwriting, and management of selective investments.
- Perform financial analysis on private and public companies, including detailed financial modeling and credit documentation review.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of investment banking, private equity, alternative credit or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience working in a project based environment with little oversight and the ability to produce results.
- Strong work ethic and integrity; you should be a team player who is proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to multitask across multiple projects.
- Good communicator, strong written and oral presentation abilities; needs to be persuasive and credible.
