About the Job:
Yalecrest Partners is a private investment firm providing flexible credit and equity capital to companies across the public and private markets. This role sits at the center of our investment process — originating, evaluating, underwriting, and managing opportunistic credit and equity investments.
You'll articulate our value as a capital provider directly to C-level executives, building the relationships that generate proprietary deal flow.
Roles:
- Network with executives, advisors, and investment bankers to generate proprietary deal flow across debt and equity.
- Perform financial analysis on public and private companies, including detailed modeling and credit documentation review.
- Evaluate corporate debt and equity investments and structure recommendations.
- Organize analysis and present investment ideas to the investment committee.
- Partner with deal teams on diligence, underwriting, and ongoing management of portfolio investments.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years in investment banking, private equity, alternative credit, or equivalent.
- Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills.
- Ability to run projects independently with minimal oversight and deliver results.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Persuasive, credible communicator — strong written and verbal presentation skills.
- High integrity, proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative.
- Bachelor's degree required.
